 Henri, having spent 12 years in international marketing for various ranges of health and consumer brands, founded VCM Events in 1990. He continues to focus his energy on developing the company, its events and the fantastic team, whilst also finding occasional time for his other passions - cycling, motorcycling, sailing, golf, tennis (playing & watching), mowing grass and his children.
His interest in football has grown appreciably since the launch of Grass Roots Football LIVE! |

Stephanie enjoys challenges and working hard so her time at VCM Events is very well spent! Out of work hours are spent getting muddy (running, mountain biking, horse riding) or indoors (if its not muddy enough!) catching up with evening class homework (currently art & design) and enjoying an odd glass or two of wine! |

 Having joined VCM in 2003 from the financial services industry, Sue is a Hurstpierpoint 'local' and enjoys the country life and village activities. She loves good food and sunshine holidays, and spends her spare time socialising with family and friends - usually in the local pub! |

Sara Rowland

 Originally from Bolton, Sara moved to Brighton in 2000 to work in the travel industry. Despite a 6 month 'extended holiday' around the world in 2006/7, she found herself drawn back to Brighton and the seaside, and joined VCM Events shortly after returning in August 2007.
Sara loves live music (especially the heavier stuff with lots of guitars!) and is a huge Bolton Wanderers fan, so life is a series of ups and downs and Sara is often accused of being 'blindly optimistic'!
Sara's claim to fame is she was once a cover girl... having appeared on the front cover of the 2wenties holiday brochure! |

Rebecca Webb

 Since gaining her A Levels in 2001, Rebecca had only worked for financial companies before joining VCM in January 2005. Travelling is her favourite thing, with jaunts around Australia and parts of Europe already under her belt, but she tries to keep her feet on the ground for most of the year! She also enjoys circuit training, visiting the cinema and going out with friends.

Stephanie Jenkins

 Stephanie joined the company in November 2007 from a media sales background. She has also worked organising the Eastbourne Motorshow. In her spare time Stephanie enjoys pole dancing... on a strictly keep fit basis, not for extra cash! She also enjoys scuba diving & annoying her neighbours trying to play the saxophone.
If she wasn't in Events, Stephanie would open a Big Cat Sanctuary in Africa with her psychotic cat Boston being the first patient.
Stephanie's claim to fame is that she once bought Ewan McGregor a pack of 20 Marlboro Lights (and he didn’t pay her back!).

Laura Venables

 Laura joined VCM in 2007 after working in sales for a global IT company. Outside of work Laura is a keen netball player who has represented Sussex. Laura was a Ballet and modern dancer for 18 years, so loves a good dance on a night out! She loves partying, summer holidays and wine tasting festivals! If Laura was not in the event industry she would undoubtedly be a lady of leisure. Laura's claim to fame is that she served Peter Stringfellow chicken wings in the Little Chef when she was 17! |

 Steve joined VCM during the summer of 2004 to work on the Grass Roots Football Show, having previously run his own business for 25 years.
Steve has over 24 years experience in grass roots football & is a lifelong supporter of Chelsea. He is a 'B' Licence coach & a Football League Assistant Referee operating in the Championship and Leagues 1 & 2. He also referees in Non-League divisions. In his spare time Steve manages his sons U15 football team & enjoys supporting his 12-year-old daughter who also plays. |
